The Klaviyo connection allows you to synchronize data between Squeezely and the Email Service Provider (ESP) Klaviyo. Through this connection audiences, profiles, and triggers from Squeezely can be sent to Klaviyo.

Implementation

To implement the Klaviyo connection:

By completing the full implementation all email addresses will be synchronized between Klaviyo and Squeezely. After establishing the link, the following data will be synchronized:

  • Email addresses: new email addresses are synchronized from Squeezely to Klaviyo in real time.

Audiences & Profiles

In the Audience Builder you can send audiences to Klaviyo by checking Klaviyo as Channel:

 

For the profiles in the audience, Squeezely sends two API calls to Klaviyo:

  • Contacts: this API call sends the profiles to Klaviyo and stores them in Klaviyo.

  • Contact Groups: with this API call the audiences will be sent to Klaviyo.

Triggers & Productsets

In the Journey Builder you can send triggers to Klaviyo with the Email trigger:

In the Email trigger you can set the following:

  • Event: the name of the event which is sent to Klaviyo

  • Products: the product set that is sent along with the trigger

 

For the profiles that reach the Email trigger and meet the conditions, Squeezely sends an API Call to Klaviyo:

  • Squeezely Trigger: with this API call a trigger is sent for the profile and possibly the productset of the profile is sent along.
