The platform Sooqr optimizes your site-search. They do this by offering the best results your customer is looking for, adding promotional banners, analyzing the search results and helping with synonyms for search queries that have little to no results.

Now you can add the personalise the search even more with the combined power of Sooqr and Squeezely.

When connecting Squeezely to Sooqr Search, the combination of website behavior is added to the already customized results of your search bar. Based on the Squeezely cookie Sooqr can get the favorites of the customer and add this to their search results. Squeezely adds favorite categories and brands to the profiles by default, but you have the possibility to have more productfields added as a customer favorite.

To do this, go to Products > Source in Squeezely and click on “New product custom field” at the bottom right:

Give your field a name and type and check the “Save customer favorites”. From now on Squeezely will look at all the viewed and purchased products and save the value which is most common for this customer in the favorite field.

Based on results of other customers, we found that for the best uplift in conversion based on search, it is best to have a minimum of 3-5 additional favorite fields in your products.

The products that are now in Squeezely will be synced to the Sooqr account automatically and you can add the Sooqr script to the already existing Squeezely script, which will have Sooqr running on your site in no-time.
