The Squeezely Team uses the Help Center instead of email for the following reasons:

  • In the Help Center questions are answered faster because the Squeezely developers also have access to the Help Center

  • In the Help Center accounts can be assigned to an organization, making it possible to view requests from colleagues

  • In the Help Center requests can be divided into three categories: support, bug and improvement
