By setting up a webhook in Copernica, the following information will be synchronized to Squeezely in real time:
New email addresses in the Copernica database
Consent changes of email addresses in the Copernica database
Values saved in the subprofile SQ_profile. These include the standard fields and all custom_fields connected in the app.
Please note! The new Marketing Suite works with Webhooks. However these miss a crucial feature, which causes a bug with callback loops. Please delete Webhooks to Spotler Activate and set them up with the legacy Callback URL as described below
Configure webhook
Set up the webhook as follows
Go to Copernica in Spotler Activate
Go to the Publisher environment in the menu on the left hand
Go to the database settings and select Callback URL
Select the database with the subprofile data from Spotler Activate
Click 'Add Callback URL'.
Enter the following settings:
URL: Paste your Spotler Activate webhook here
Method: Select ‘JSON’
Action: All actions
Click on save
The profiles are synchronized real time to Spotler Activate
