By setting up a webhook in Copernica, the following information will be synchronized to Squeezely in real time:

  • New email addresses in the Copernica database

  • Consent changes of email addresses in the Copernica database

  • Values saved in the subprofile SQ_profile. These include the standard fields and all custom_fields connected in the app.

Please note! The new Marketing Suite works with Webhooks. However these miss a crucial feature, which causes a bug with callback loops. Please delete Webhooks to Spotler Activate and set them up with the legacy Callback URL as described below

Configure webhook

Set up the webhook as follows

  • Go to Copernica in Spotler Activate

  • Go to the Publisher environment in the menu on the left hand

  • Go to the database settings and select Callback URL

  • Select the database with the subprofile data from Spotler Activate

  • Click 'Add Callback URL'.

  • Enter the following settings:

    • URL: Paste your Spotler Activate webhook here

    • Method: Select ‘JSON’

    • Action: All actions

    • Click on save

The profiles are synchronized real time to Spotler Activate
