Custom events can be implemented with both Frontend and Backend Tracking

A custom event can be implemented manually from the frontend using:

Google Tag Manager Custom event in GTM🏷 Custom Tracking (EN) ➡ 🛠 Custom event with Custom Tracking (EN)

From the backend you can do this with:

⚙ API Calls (EN) ➡ 🛠 Backend custom events (EN)
