Viewed products as website content

For reminding profiles of previously viewed products, a product set is incorporated into the website content as personalization.

📋 Preparation

• The collect of the event: ViewContent
• The collect from the product fieldsSKU, Name, URL, Images

1️⃣ Create productset

Create a Last Viewed producset, for personalization in step 3:

2️⃣ Create Audience

Create an audience to show the personalization in step 3 to profiles that have viewed at least 4 products:

3️⃣ Create Personalization

Create a personalization for the audience, incorporating the product set into the website content:

The use of an element with a unique name is recommended in the query selector!

Test the personalization live on the website and view the product set in the /wiki/spaces/DEMO/pages/1003323397:

Add a control group to the personalization to compare the conversions.
