Please note! The new Marketing Suite works with Webhooks. However these miss a crucial feature, which causes a bug with callback loops. Please delete Webhooks to Spotler Activate and set them up with the legacy Callback URL as described below |
Configure webhook
Set up the webhook as follows
Now click on the webhook
Then click on 'Test webhook'.
The webhook is successfully implemented when the following response is shown:

Go to Copernica in Squeezely
Copy the webhook url
Login to Copernica Marketing Suite and go to the database you want to connect to Squeezely.
Click on 'Configuration' and then choose 'Webhooks'.
Click 'Add webhookSpotler Activate
Go to the Publisher environment in the menu on the left hand
Go to the database settings and select Callback URL
Select the database with the subprofile data from Spotler Activate
Click 'Add Callback URL'.
Enter the following settings:
'Events': 'Profile Custom'
Callback URL: Paste your Squeezely Spotler Activate webhook here
Click on save
To also receive new profiles in Squeezely add a second webhook. You then choose 'Profile created' under Events.
Verify webhook
Before activating the webhook, it needs to be verified. You can do this as follows:
Go to your account settings in Copernica and click on webhooks

Check if your webhook is linked to the right database. If your webhook matches the example below, with the correct database name, the database has been configured correctly.
