With attribution you determine which event is counted as a conversion for the personalization, for example Purchase or EmailOptIn.
Attributable events
The following events are used to link a conversion to a personalization:
Attribution window
With the attribution window you determine the period in which the attributable events are linked to the attribution event. At Personalizations you can choose one of the following options:
None: when the attribution event comes in after the attributable events, it is attributed as a conversion of the personalization.
1 day view, 7 day click: when the attribution event arrives within one day after the PersonalizationView or seven days after the PersonalizationClick it is attributed as a conversion of the personalization.
7 day view, 28 day click : when the attribution event arrives within seven days after the PersonalizationView or 28 days after the PersonalizationClick this is attributed as conversion of the personalization.
