The feedback form is a pop-up box that displays communication and requests information from profiles. In Squeezely, two templates for default overlays are available called Venice and Sydney. In the templates you can define the following settings:

Content

The content settings consist of:

Variant name

The name of the variant.

Form fields

The form fields are the profile fields that the profiles can or must (if field is required is checked) fill in in the personalization.

Thank you message

The thank you message that is displayed to the profile if the form has been submitted successfully.

Display

In the display settings you can change the styling:

 

By clicking on the eye you can make certain content invisible.

Additional options

In the additional options you can do the following:

  • Overlay location: determine the location of the overlay on the page.

  • Use backdrop : by checking this option the background of the overlay will be blurred.

  • After closing overlay: determine the interval (if any) that an overlay will not be shown after the overlay is clicked away.

  • Lazy load images: by checking this option images will be loaded as soon as they need to be shown, improving the initial page load.

  • CSS : in the CSS box you can add your own CSS.

  • JavaScript : in the JavaScript box you can add your own JavaScript

  • Edit template : by clicking this button you can edit the template.

  • Reset template : by clicking this button, you can reset the template.

  • Export template: by clicking this button, you can export the template as XML file.
