A profile triggers the InitiateCheckout event when it starts the checkout flow.

The InitiateCheckout event has no mandatory fields. The event will arrive in Squeezely as follows:

• Open

  

If more fields are displayed in the event, they will be additional fields will be included in the event.

How can I check the event in Squeezely?

• Go to Data and scroll to 'Events':

Open

• Click on the event PersonalizationClosed

Is the event not listed in the overview? Check if there has ever been a live personalization in the account. If yes, check the implementation. If not, put a personalization live.
