To start with Squeezely we recommend the Success Cases. When you want to develop Special Cases, it is important to consider the following:
Why? What goal do I want to achieve with the personalisation?
What do I want to personalise? What message do I want to convey?
Who? Who is the target group of the personalisation? Who should see the message?
Where? Where do I want to apply the personalisation? Where should the message be shown?
Which ones? What data do I need in Squeezely for this personalization? Where is the required data stored? Or where can the data be stored?
How? How do I get this data into Squeezely? By importing it once or as part of incoming events?
If you want to start with Special Cases, you can fill these in in the Onboarding project. The Squeezely Team will map out the feasibility and requirements for the Special Cases and will provide feedback.
